Whether you are a Landlord, Managing Agent, Portfolio or Asset Manager you may have, at some point, been faced with the time consuming and confusing task of claiming on your insurance cover for damage or losses that have occurred to you or your clients’ property.
Now, with Gaspark Claims Management, you will no longer need to waste any more time and the service is entirely fee free. We will deal with your claim from start to finish and liaise with your insurance company or any third party appointed by the insurance company on your behalf.
Together with our claims team, who have over 30 years’ experience in handling and managing insurance property claims, we will look after every aspect of your claim; from placing your insurance company on notice, to submitting repair quotations and work specifications through to negotiating the level and depth of the quote and then managing all repair works to completion. It will be our own existing team of Gaspark specialists who will fulfil the repairs and works - all to our established and renowned high standards.
We will then simply invoice your insurance company for the agreed work/s and they will settle our account directly. You may, of course, be liable for a policy excess, in which case you will need to settle that with us directly, as the insurance company will not pay the excess value.
