Our services can be delivered individually for ad-hoc repairs and installations, or they can be combined and managed as part of a comprehensive property maintenance service or to deliver a major refurbishment project.
Our service centre is manned Monday to Friday from 7am till 7pm and between these times your call will always be answered by a knowledgeable and helpful member of our team – never by a machine.
Reliability is key for us, both in terms of the quality of our work and our service delivery. We turn up when we say we will and normally succeed in responding to urgent calls on the same day. It is why each of our vehicles are fitted with a tracking device and our service centre monitors each vehicle’s position at all times. This enables us to keep track of our engineers progress throughout the working day, divert them away from identified traffic problems and inform customers if their expected time of arrival should change. Emergencies are always treated as a priority and our tracking system also enables us to identify which engineer is closest and how quickly they will be able to respond.
All our workmanship carries a six month guarantee and the equipment we fit (such as boilers) carries warranties of up to 5 years.
